The BMW Consulting Lounge will enable BMW customers to custom build their own vehicle - select the colour and the materials used in both the interior and exterior, select any of a multitude of features to be added to the car, such as BMW ConnectedDrive, understand the right usage of these features and see a 3D animation film of the selected car.
The Consulting Lounge is equipped with the latest hi-tech multimedia wireless devices which can facilitate the online navigation process using a new IT system that has been specially created for the BMW Consulting Lounge.
"Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive Co. is committed to offer premium services to customers that match the premium BMW products. We have launched the BMW Consulting Lounge to help our customers select their own cars in a virtual world, after which our trained dedicated sales teams can explain all the technical features offered through the different products," said Mohammed Alghanim, Group General Manager, Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive Co.
