'Enterprise Solutions' training launches at Alcatel-Lucent University Egypt

Alcatel-Lucent has launched yesterday the 'Enterprise Solutions' training to Business Partners and end-users at the Alcatel-Lucent University in Egypt.

The aim is to provide high level Alcatel-Lucent trained professional staff to the Middle East market where sales, presales and postsales skills will be delivered.

By adding the Enterprise training modules, the Alcatel-Lucent University will meet the needs of business partners and Enterprise customers in the Middle East region.

The trainings will cover the full range of IP Telephony, IP Networking, Security, Communication Applications and Contact Centers of the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise portfolio.

By adopting a consultative approach to learning, the University seeks to maximize customer proficiency with Alcatel-Lucent products and solutions, while enabling employees to excel in their current roles and adapt to future job requirements.

The training offer includes Enterprise solutions and technology essentials. Training curricula are delivered through blended learning solutions such as individual learning (I-learning), traditional classroom (c-learning) and also virtual learning (v-learning) via remote access.

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise has a global network of more than 25 accredited training centers strategically located near their customers and employees. Each training center is individually accredited as part of a detailed peer review to ensure a consistent, high-quality training experience.
