KFH-Bahrain helps youth swimmers achieve higher standards

Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) announced its main sponsorship of the Bahrain Swimming Association team for the upcoming 2008 GCC water sports championship to be held in the UAE during the period 23-30 August.

From left to right: Rashid Alzayani - Assistant Manager, KFH-Bahrain Investment Dept, Faisal Swar - General Secretary, Bahrain Swimming Association, Abdul Razak Jawahery - Executive Manager, KFH-Bahrain, and Tariq Juma Salem - Board Member, Bahrain Swimming Association.

Teams, consisting of the best swimmers from the six GCC countries, will put their swimming skills to the test during eight gruesome days of tough competitions.

The Bahrain Swimming Association sponsorship is committed to enhancing the Association's image by branding the team's outfits, bags, promotional materials and through the press.

"KFH - Bahrain is delighted to be aligning itself with tomorrow's swimming champions,"

said Mr. Abdul Razak Jawahery, Executive Manager at KFH-Bahrain.

"KFH-Bahrain is a youthful bank and this sponsorship suits our profile perfectly. It is in line with our wider strategy to support a variety of Bahrain sports at all levels," he added.

Mr. Abdul Razak Jawahery recently presented the sponsorship cheque for the Bahrain Swimming Association at a ceremony held at KFH - Bahrain headquarters in Manama.

KFH - Bahrain is renowned for its loyal support of local sporting projects and annually contributes generously to a wide range of sporting endeavors throughout the kingdom.
