TAROT measures every aspect of the participant's progress starting from the selection phase until graduation using multiple tools as psychometric and competencies assessment, scorecards evaluation, projects, and practical real-life demonstrations. TAROT participants will have the opportunity to 'create their own deck' and choose the options that best suit their learning styles.
