Sales of Kattemeya Plaza's 524 apartments have been launched officially, and the project will be completed in 2011.
Kattemeya Plaza covers 126,000 square meters and is located in the heart of New Cairo, close to the new campus of the American University in Cairo and Future University, and a short drive away from Cairo International Airport.
It contains 41 buildings and a total of 524 apartments, characterized by lofty ceilings, luxurious finishes and modern fittings.
The project's masterplan was created by ArchGroup, the Dubai based company responsible for the fantastic Grosvenor Hotel in Dubai.
The interiors are designed by respected Egyptian designer Mona Hussein and the landscaping is designed by Greenscape.
Our projects involve partnerships with global architects, masterplanners and respected designers and Kattemeya Plaza is no exception. The apartments are all characterized by spectacular design and the development provides both a healthy modern lifestyle and the security of a gated community in a fantastic location, said SODIC's Managing Director Maher
Maksoud.
As three quarters of the project's area is dedicated to green and public areas, the development provides a wide array of outdoor, leisure and sporting activities.
Kattameya Plaza also boasts three swimming pools, a sports field, barbeque areas and children's play areas.
Its facilities include round the clock grounds management, gated security and underground parking.
SODIC's other developments include Allegria, an exclusive residential development in the west of Cairo containing Cairo's first signature golf course, and Eastown and Westown, two largescale city centres in Cairo's suburbs, soon to be the new heartbeats of the Cairo.
