Jamal has served the corporation for over 25 years. He has joined Emarat in 1983 and has occupied several distinguished positions and responsibilities. He was appointed in 1992 as Deputy General Manager for Gas & Oil Operations.
Commenting on his appointment, Jamal said, "It is an honor for me to earn the appreciation and trust of H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs, President of the Ministerial Council of Services and Their Excellencies the Members to appoint me as General Manager of a leading national corporation.
Also, I would like to thank His Excellency Mohamed bin Dhaen Al Hamli, the Minister of Energy, Chairman of Emarat's Board of Directors, for assigning me with this responsibility. I pray to God to deserve the confidence and loyalty and to serve for the development of Emarat and the growth of our nation."
