Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and his focus on the importance of developing the national workforce, placing them in positions suited to their educational qualifications and aspirations and setting up career development programmes to improve their abilities, the SEDD is keen to introduce a host of incentives to make itself the employer of choice for UAE nationals in the job market.
