Etisalat net profit up 37.1%

Etisalat has reported Dhs2.99bn ($815m)in net profit for the second quarter. This takes net profit for the first half of 2008 to Dhs5.11bn, an increase of 37.1% on 2007 figures. Net profit in the second quarter of 2007 was recorded at DhS1.89BN and DhS3.73BN for the first half of 2007.
