Fakhruddin celebrates the opening of Dhs100m Fakhruddin Mall

The mall, one of the biggest retail market complexes in Ajman, was developed by Fakhruddin Real Estate, the leading real estate company in the region.

The opening ceremony was attended by H.E. alongside Mr. Hussein Fakhruddin, director of Fakhruddin Holdings, the project developer, and officials of Manama Trade Group, who have leased will manage the mall and hypermarket according to the long-term contract signed with Fakhurddin.

During the ceremony, attended by large numbers of officials and businessmen, H.E. paid compliments to Fakhruddin Real Estate for their efforts made in finishing the project, and wished every success to Manama Trade Group, the company renowned for managing malls and hypermarkets, in their investment in this project.

Hussein Fakhruddin of Fakhruddin expressed the group's excitement in completing the project which bears its name. Ajman is an emirate which is witnessing rapid development in all fields and Mr. Fakhruddin also confirmed the group's intention to invest in future projects in the emirate, citing the emirate's promising future as the reason for this.

On the other hand, Abdul Kader Saber, Managing Director of Al Manama Group spoke about the importance of this mall complex to Manama Group, who considers the emirate of Ajman to be a "Magnet" for investment, both regionally and internationally, due to the emirate's alluring atmosphere that attracts investments from all fields. Mr. Saber attributed this attractiveness to the legislations issued by the government of Ajman with the intention of pushing the emirate onwards and upwards.

Fakhruddin Mall, which boasts three spacious storeys, medium and small-sized galleries and a big market distributed among retail stores, cafes and luxurious restaurants, occupying an area of 135 square feet, following a development cost of Dhs100m.
