Holding a Bachelor Degree from Hotelschool The Hague, a "Leading Hotel School of the World" in The Netherlands, Rogier is not new to the Rotana family; he has been working with Al Bustan Rotana Dubai since 2006 as Employee Development Officer and worked his way up through numerous positions.
In his new and challenging role, Rogier is looking forward to develop his team members within the property.
