Patrick joined the company on the 1st of July and will be based at Belkin's offices in Dubai. He will be responsible for growing the business and increasing brand visibility among distributors, retailers and end users in the Middle East and Africa region.
Patrick joins Belkin from McAfee where he was Regional Director for the Middle East and Mediterranean regions. Joining McAfee in 2003, Patrick was responsible for significantly increasing business in the region across all sectors.
Prior to joining McAfee, Patrick was Regional Director for the Financial Services Industry at Hewlett-Packard for three years. Patrick has been in the industry for 17 years and also held positions at Compaq and NCR before joining Hewlett Packard in 2000.
Commenting on the appointment, Romain Cholat, Managing Director - Europe region for Belkin said: "I'm delighted to be able to welcome Patrick to Belkin. He brings to the company a wealth of experience dealing in the Middle East and Africa regions in retail, distribution and reseller channels.
