GM sales in UAE rise 37%

Sales of General Motors vehicles rose 37% in the UAE during the first half of 2008 compared to the same period last year, the carmaker said. GM's brands in the UAE - Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, Hummer and Saab - registered sales of 11,972 units during the first half of the year.
