Mr. Ebrahim H. Ebrahim, CEO and Board Member of KHCB remarked:
"We are diligent in our efforts to promote the Bahraini youth and are very conscientious of our corporate social responsibility to support higher education in the kingdom of Bahrain. This program is aimed at students that are required to fulfill their graduation requirements. We are looking forward to taking these students on board and exposing them to the finer points of Islamic Financing and Shari'a Compliant Investment Banking. Thus, we will introduce them to various departments within the Bank that matches their education routes. This hopefully will provide them with a strong foothold upon which they can continue to further their studies in the future."
Mr. Ebrahim H. Ebrahim, further commented, "We will attempt to impart on this specially selected group of students the fundamentals of Islamic Banking and show them the important role played by the financial sector in the economy of the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are confident that they will appreciate the important personal contribution that each and every one of them can make to the future of their country."
