DREI's latest academic offerings will include programs on Navigating the United States Real Estate Market: Legal, Business and Regulatory Issues; Transit Oriented Development (TOD): Concepts and Project Applications; Real Estate as an Investment Asset; International Real Estate Investment; and Barrier-Free Planning and Design of Real Estate Development Projects.

Delivered by well-known consultants in the field of real estate development, urban planning and investment, the programs will provide unique networking opportunities for executives and managers, enabling them to broaden their industry-specific knowledge on diversified subjects through deliberating on industry challenges.
'Navigating the United States Real Estate Market: Legal, Business and Regulatory Issues' will take place from 19 - 23 October, allowing participants to explore the US real estate market and examine the legal, business, and regulatory complexities involved in its real estate transactions.
A two day program from 26 - 27 October, 'Transit Oriented Development (TOD): Concepts and Project Applications' will expose attendees to a range of techniques for exploring and analyzing tangible options that will help achieve successful transit-oriented real estate developments utilizing public transportation means such as trains, metros, and tramways. Drawing upon international case studies, it will also examine the TOD potential for Dubai and other cities in the region.
The programs on 'Real Estate as an Investment Asset' and 'International Real Estate Investment' will be offered from 26 - 30 October, and 29 - 30 October respectively.
The former will cover subjects on the role of real estate as an investment asset, while studying market structures and investment vehicles, risk and return characteristics, as well as performance of the real estate.
The latter will enhance participants' understanding of the international real estate investment process and assist them in appreciating pricing issues in global markets, and developing strategies for implementing international investment programs.
From 16 - 18 November, 'Barrier-Free Planning and Design of Real Estate Development Projects' will be taught to participants who will gain practical instructions and hands-on training on internationally adopted tools to achieve architecture that thoughtfully responds to social and human needs.
It will also educate them on ways to adopt the UAE federal law, which states, 'Every person with special needs has the right to an accessible environment, and to reach places where others can reach without any barrier'.
Certificates of completion accredited by DREI and the respective universities delivering the program will be awarded to participants at the end of each course.
The executive education programs are held at the state-of-the-art DREI campus in Building 53, Dubai Healthcare City, which is equipped with facilities designed to provide a productive learning environment.
