Jaguar and Land Rover Middle East appoint new Managing Director

Robin Colgan takes over from Andy Gawthorpe who had been with the company for almost five years. Robin has over 13 years experience working with Jaguar and Land Rover internationally in markets like the UK, Mexico, New Zealand and France.

As the new Managing Director, Robin will spearhead the strong growth both Jaguar and Land Rover have been witnessing in the region. The Middle East is a key growth market for Land Rover globally and Jaguar is witnessing a strong resurgence with its new design direction.

In his last role, Robin was the Global Brand Manager for Land Rover handling strategy, product definition and pricing for current and future vehicles. Prior to this, he was the Jaguar and Land Rover Regional Manager for London responsible for sales, marketing and distribution in the key market.

"I am delighted to extend my Jaguar and Land Rover relationship into a market as dynamic and full of potential as the Middle East and North Africa. With almost 14,000 vehicle sales across more than 20 countries, this region represents is a significant market for both brands.
