Bahaa Abouhatab, Regional Director for Limitless in Levant and Turkey, said:
"Sanaya Amman takes the use of space and light to new heights. Its split tower design and floor to ceiling windows ensure that sunlight is filtered into every room of every apartment, and guarantee panoramic views of Amman and the surrounding landscape."
"In all Limitless developments, spaces in between buildings are considered as important as the structures themselves. Sanaya Amman's twin towers are separated by a soaring shaft of space and natural light, with a vibrant, open air plaza at its base. There is also 5,600 square metres of communal, green, outdoor areas, including a landscaped park," he said.
Sanaya Amman will be the tallest buildings in Jordan and the first in the country to meet world environmental standards, with wind turbines to generate electricity and stone screens to heat water. High-efficiency plumbing and water recycling systems will cut consumption by up to 30%, and save $2m a year in running costs, while the use of local materials reduces transportation costs and supports the local economy.
Sanaya Amman will be completed in three years, and sales will begin in August 2008.
