Optimiza provides Social Security Corporation with consulting services

By virtue of the agreement, Optimiza will offer consulting services linked to the SSC's 2009-2011 corporate strategy, in addition to updating its institutional values, vision and mission.

Optimiza will also provide specialized services in building SSC's strategic execution capabilities through establishing a Strategic Transformation Unit (STU) based on a project management office framework and scope, and developing its human Capital capacities in strategic management and project management, particularly in the areas of formulation and implementation.

Optimiza designed this project by building on SSC's achievements from the first corporate strategy of 2005, with a focus on improving internal capacities and competencies to ensure the readiness of SSC to implement any amendments on its corporate law at the advent of its approval.

On this occasion, Dr. Wassef Al Masri, Optimiza Jordan General Manager, said:
