Both Chef Zhang and Chef Ge have extensive experience in cooking the myriad of regional cuisines of China, and the two have been part of prestigious culinary teams in various Chinese cities. In addition, Chef Zhang has worked in Singapore and at the Kempinski Hotel of Dubai, while Chef Ge was previously employed in Al Ain.
