Nuqul Group signs agreement with Labor Union ensuring better working environment

To promote employees by providing a competitive edge, Nuqul Group recently signed an agreement with the Labor Union to ensure higher salaries and improved working conditions across the Group.

The agreement combined competitive elements offering unique improvements in job packages for the Groups' employees and companies.

"With an average increase of 15% in salaries and adjustments of JD40 and JD45 for inflation along with enhanced packages, Nuqul Group promises its human resources better working environment responding to the rise in the cost of living and the current economic conditions,"


said Mr. Nicola Billeh, Human Resource Director at Nuqul Group.

Mr. Billeh added: "We are committed to continuously develop our most treasured asset, our people. We always seek new agreements and partnerships with renowned entities such as the Labor Union to foster our appreciation of the value of diversity operating in a competitive environment. "Our agreement positions Nuqul Group as the leading Jordanian industrial conglomerate in the field of compensating employees through attractive offers ensuring employee satisfaction and nourishing the strong sense of belonging," said Mr. Mohammad Al Zoubi CEO of the Labor Union.

"Without any doubt this agreement fosters our relation with the private sector represented by Nuqul Group and serves the economy of our country by enhancing the wheel of production towards growth and development," added Mr. Al Zoubi.
