Dubai residential rent increases slow down
The effectiveness of the Dubai Rent Committee and less movement by residents have contributed to the slow down in rent increases, according to Marcus Arbourne, Head of Research, Consultancy & Evaluation, Asteco. Phil Blizzard talks to him about the findings of their latest report.
