The project was sold out in the first four months of its launch and senior company officials have indicated that the project has attracted a premium of over 150%.

'Dubai has emerged as an important global business hub so we conceived Fortune Tower exclusively to meet the growing demand for premium office facilities. Its contemporary design, all inclusive infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities enhance the work and business environment. We are optimistic that the office units, which range in size 770 to 5,130, will meet the demand of all sections of the business community.'

The amenities include dedicated car parking, 24-hour security, computer-controlled ambient temperatures for maximum comfort and dedicated high-speed lines for heavy business traffic.
