Hossein Garan appointed General Manager for Marriott Executive Apartments, Bahrain

Marriott International has announced the appointment of Hossein Garan as General Manager of the Marriott Executive Apartments, Bahrain.

Garan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new position as General Manager for the upcoming Marriott property in Bahrain. His international hospitality experience includes an extensive knowledge in hotel management including Rooms Operations, Food and Beverage as well as Sales and Marketing. Garan has demonstrated achievements in project management, sales and training and has been noted for creative leadership by improving product and services while growing sales profit.

'I am very excited and honoured to have been given the opportunity to be a part of opening team of the Marriott Executive Apartments brand as it enters the Bahrain market,' commented Garan. 'We intend to set new levels of hospitality standards and service with the opening of Marriott Executive Apartments in the Kingdom.'

Garan boasts over 27 years of international experience in the luxury hospitality industry and has worked with major chains in United States including Grand Hyatt and Waldorf Astoria in New York. He has been working with Marriott International for 21 years. Most recently Garan was the Director of Operations in JW Marriott Kuwait prior to joining the team at Marriott Executive Apartments, Bahrain.
