New Hyatt China property openings for 2008 include Grand Hyatt Guangzhou in April, Hyatt Regency Jing Jin City Resort and Spa (Phase II) in July, Park Hyatt Beijing and Park Hyatt Shanghai in Autumn.
Situated in Beijing's Central Business District, Park Hyatt Beijing is part of the Beijing Yintai Centre, the tallest skyscraper on Chang'an Avenue and a reflection of modern China.
With its personalised service and luxurious facilities, Park Hyatt Beijing is set to bring true luxury to one of the fastest growing cities in the world.
Park Hyatt Shanghai, due to open in Autumn 2008, occupies the 79th to 93rd floors of the Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC), otherwise known as "The Vertical Complex City". The 101-storey building will be one of the tallest buildings in the world, making Park Hyatt Shanghai the highest hotel in the world.
Grand Hyatt Guangzhou, which opened its doors in April this year, is the first international hotel in Guangzhou featuring a sky lobby with spectacular views across the Pearl River and the Central Business District - Pearl River New Town. The hotel offers five restaurants and bars, indoor bamboo garden, Spa and recreational facilities including an indoor roof top swimming pool and 24 hour fitness centre.
Hyatt Regency Jing Jin City Resort and Spa is located in Baodi, a hot spring resort 43 miles southeast of Beijing and 43 miles north of Tianjin. The 837-room hotel is a part of a mixed-use real estate development, featuring extensive conference facilities and a comprehensive resort set on 40 square miles. The property resembles an ancient, mythical royal palace surrounded by a labyrinth of pathways, archways and waterways and features lush gardens and natural geothermal hot springs. Phase II of the hotel is scheduled to open in July.
In addition, Middle East-based travellers visiting select Hyatt properties during the summer months can make the most of a number of summer promotions.
Visitors traveling to Hong Kong in July and August can take advantage of the special BALANCE package, which includes: HK$1,000 to be spent at Plateau Residential Spa or one of the hotels' eight restaurants and bars, 2pm checkout, and daily breakfast.
Travellers visiting Shanghai can make the most of the summer with an offer from Grand Hyatt Shanghai. Simply stay three consecutive nights to receive a certificate for a complimentary night's stay from the hotel. Middle East-based travellers can experience the exclusive and personalized service of the hotel's Grand Club room. Offer is valid for stays between 1 June and 31 August 2008.
