Sports information provider Stats is setting up a Middle East arm, based in Dubai. It will be a joint venture with Naveen Aranha, the founder of Sportz Interactive, an interactive media and digital sports content provider based in Mumbai. Stats Middle East will distribute worldwide sports content and data.
