Gulf sees IPO revival

The Gulf region is showing ample signs it is once again hungry for new initial public offering (IPO) issues, Gulf News has reported. Following recent IPO offerings, the report cited Drake & Scull's oversubscription, and the changing trend in the market. The report noted Ajman Bank and insurer Takaful Emarat's performance.
