Saudi seen to spend $20bn in ICT

Saudi Arabia is projected to to spend $20bn on ICT sector this year, Arab News has reported. In a separate report, an exclusive interview with Intel Chairman Craig Barrett has highlighted Saudi Arabia's shift in focus to human resources and the investment in education and R&D, as mentioned in The Report: Saudi Arabia 2008, published by Oxford Business Group.
