'6 Sigma' and 'Human Resources Management' workshops in new perspective

IMC Jordan, in its continuous efforts to bring new perspectives and developed methods in training, has conducted two training courses, one titled "Advanced Human Resources Management "and the second titled "6 Sigma".

Both of which are considered hot topics in the business world these days.

The training courses took place respectively at 1000 &1 Library in Sweifieh and at the Radisson SAS Hotel.

The "6 Sigma" program needs a lot of creating awareness about its content which mainly calls for exchange of ideas to always seek progress and means of maintaining it.

Several topics were included amongst which and most importantly was how to manage the desired change, selecting the right mechanism at every stage, dynamic and team spirit work, evaluating performance based on data and analysis of well-studied and thought-of business transactions.

This content is in line, of course, with IMC-Jordan's understanding of global concepts and its efforts to efficiently develop the local and regional business societies.

The "Human Resources Management" workshop focused on the strategic concept of human resources management and related issues i.e. daily decisions, know-how to deal with these resources, raise the professional and scientific standards through proper planning and execution of development training programs, and better understanding of professional performance.

This was directed to managers and specialists in the human resource field.

These workshops were supervised by highly efficient specialists with long-term experience in their respective fields.

IMC-Jordan always seeks to offer the best up-to-date training programs to serve all sectors of the business society to enable them to improve their efficiency level and to promote best international practices.
