Abu Dhabi office rents up 14%

Abu Dhabi office rents have increased by 14% in the second quarter of the year, Khaleej Times has reported. According to property management company Asteco, Defence Street had the highest increase of 31% with rents ranging from Dhs1,200 to Dhs3,000 per square metre. The former military zone is now being re-developed for residential, office and retail.
