Leading European telecoms company sets up office in Dubai Airport Free Zone

ALCAD, SA, a leading European multinational company involved in telecommunications and the manufacture of satellite and terrestrial products and door entry systems has opened its Middle East office at the Dubai Airport Free Zone.

"The strategic location of Dubai as an important hub in the GCC and Middle East and the convenience of the location and superior facilities offered by the Dubai Airport Free Zone, make it an easy decision for multinationals to base their Middle East offices here,"


said Mr. Nasser Al Madani, Assistant Director General, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

In 1997 Alcad completed the development of Home Automation Equipment and recently launched a new line of Entry phones, Videophones and Intercommunication products.

The company manufactures and markets products for TV reception and distribution in individual and MATV installations for terrestrial as well as satellite systems using digital or analogue cable reception.
