ITS and IT Soft strategically integrate to support ITS projects worldwide

The integration process came within a comprehensive growth and development plan adopted by the company.

Accordingly, IT Soft's name has been changed into ITS Egypt.

Celebrated by 800 employees, the announcement ceremony was held at the company's headquarters in Nasr City Free Zone, the event was attended by Eng. Khalid Farag Al Saied, Managing Director and GM-ITS Group, Eng. Ihab Omran, Executive Director-ITS Free zone-Egypt, in addition to a number of regional directors of the Group worldwide.

"I would like to express my overwhelming feeling of delight and happiness of this integration, which I unexaggeratedly consider a historic giant step forward for both of us. The integration process came as a fruitful result of the project we launched two years ago in order to create a unified teamwork, providing a world class services in more than 32 countries around the globe. The service comprises creative IT solutions and programs tailored exclusively for our telecommunication, finance, banking and high education clients. For me, integration is not about unifying different work systems to get things done, it is about boosting the teamwork spirit and unleashing potential capabilities of ITS staff worldwide. I profoundly believe in the abilities and spirit of achievement the Egyptian team possesses, to turn our aspirations of growth and development into a concrete reality. By 2015, I do believe we would be able to reach our dream of exceeding a one billion US$ business volume for the first time in ITS history since its foundation in 1981."

It is worth mentioning that IT Soft launched its business in Egypt in 1996 with only 10 employees.

The company specialized from day one in creating and exporting programs and IT solutions to all clients.

As years went on, the company established a continually expanding network of clients worldwide.

Now, ITS Egypt is joining more than 800 professionals, with indication to increase up to 1000 by the end of current year.

"The integration achievement within ITS Group and changing the company's name from ITSoft into ITS Egypt is a distinguished outcome of ITS staff and administration's continuous efforts, aiming to establishing a comprehensive, capable entity to fulfill the company's targets and its clients' expectations around the globe. As a result of this integration, the number of ITS employees exceeded 2500 worldwide, 30% of which is in Egypt alone."

ITS Egypt- Free Zone obtained many international quality certificates among which CMMI5-TickIT-ISO 9001-3, to name a few.
