Center for Healthcare Planning & Quality (CPQ):
The Center for Healthcare Planning & Quality (CPQ) is the joint endeavor of DHCC and its strategic collaborator Harvard Medical International (HMI) to attain highest international standards of healthcare delivery. Through planning, regulation and quality improvement initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders, CPQ aims to become a leading center of excellence in the region. CPQ ensures that DHCC has the right clinical services mix to meet patient needs, demands and expectations.
International best practices are utilized by ensuring the Licensing of healthcare professionals and facilities, Quality standards for healthcare practice, development of rules and regulations governing clinical practice, Complementary & Alternative Medicine (CAM) Regulations, Health Information Reporting and Analysis System (HIRAS) and Customer Feedback Unit that ensures the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

About DHCC:
Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) was conceived with the objective of creating a regional center of excellence for medical services, medical education, and life science research and development in the Middle East. It is the world's first healthcare free zone and was created using a phased approach.

The first phase, which is 4.1 million square feet in size, features a medical cluster comprised of day clinics, diagnostic centers, rehabilitation centers, transplantation centers, hospitals, clinics and a sector for pharmaceutical and equipment suppliers.
