Burgan Bank - amongst the leading and most dynamic commercial bank in the state of Kuwait - recently held a leadership training course for over 30 senior management members.

The course was conducted by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, a globally renowned authority on successful leadership.

At the training, Dr. Goldsmith focused on how leaders can get better - by achieving positive, lasting change in behavior - for themselves and their teams.

It is noteworthy to mention that Dr Marshall Goldsmith's newest book, "What Got You Here Won't Get You There", is a New York Times bestseller, Wall Street Journal #1 business book and winner of the Harold Longman Award as the Best Business Book of 2007.
