Triple Crown for Mannai Automotive wins award from Cadillac

Only a select few GM dealers around the world ever manage to win a Cadillac Master Dealer Award, which is given out by the Auto Giant each year to reward exceptional performance.

Mannai Automotive, a subsidiary of the Mannai Trading Company, recently won the award for the third consecutive time at a ceremony in Lanaii, Hawaii. With it, Mannai Auto became the only dealer outside the domestic US to have ever accomplished this achievement.

According to Mohammed Helmy, General Manager, Mannai Trading Co., the awards are a direct result of the collective efforts of all departments of the company, particularly the sales and after sales departments, both of which played a key role in dramatically increasing Cadillac sales in the previous year.

Mannai Automotive is the exclusive dealer of Cadillac, GMC, Hummer and Subaru vehicles in Qatar. Only recently, Mannai Automotive picked up three awards at the GM Middle East Awards for 2007, setting the stage for the third Master Dealer Award.

"We have dedicated all our efforts to the GM vision of achieving total peace of mind for our Cadillac customers," says Helmy.

A variety of initiatives were undertaken to realize this vision. Mannai has allocated a Premium Brands Reception complete with a VIP lounge exclusively for customers of its elite brands including Cadillac. The company has also introduced Mobile Service Units to rush to customers' aid if they every have car trouble. And when a customer brings in his Cadillac for regular servicing, he has the option of being dropped off by VIP shuttle anywhere in the city or opting for the Mannai Alternative Transportation Program, which arranges for a temporary replacement car for the customers while his Cadillac is under servicing.

Mannai Auto has also recently implemented an elaborate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program which handles not only routine customer interactions such as setting up service appointments, but also premium services such as calling to confirm that customers are 100% satisfied with their cars or sending them special gift packs on the first anniversary of their new Cadillac. "While we're obviously thrilled to have won this award thrice, the ultimate benefits are to our customers," Helmy points out. "After all, this award is only a vindication that we have done an exceptional job at keeping our customers happy."

And if you're expecting this to be the end of the road, Helmy has news for you, "We're happy with our achievements, but we have our sights set on winning the award for a fourth consecutive time this year. We've already invested more into the business, including a new pre-owned showroom & offices and new state-of-the-art service center on the North Road at Kheesa. In addition, construction is already underway on yet another service reception at Salwa as well as a new showroom in Wakra."

Helmy Adds: "Award or not, expect great things in the near future from Mannai Auto, and from Cadillac in particular."
