Publicis Group Media has named three new EVPs at the MENA level, filling positions for Executive Vice President Chief Operating Officer for PGM MENA; Executive Vice President Starcom MENA; and Executive Vice President Business Development PGM MENA, Global Account Director. PGM's latest wins include the worldwide Emirates Group account, Nakheel, Samsung and Fox Movies.
