Aussie red meat 22% up in Q2

Australian red meat sales has increased in the Middle East by 22% in the 2nd quarter of this year reaching 22,838 tons, according to a report by Meat & Livestock Australia. Lamb sales has jumped by 17.4% while Australian mutton products achieved a 36% increase in the 2nd quarter. The first half year has exported a total of 47,266 tons of Australian red meat.
