MTI announces appointment of Gerald Foerster as new Service Manager

MTI, Egypt's sole distributor of Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Maserati, and Ferrari, announced today that they have appointed Mr. Gerald Foerster as the company's new Service Manager.
Foerster will be reporting to MTI After-Sales Manager, Dr. Sameh Metwalley.
"We are thrilled that Mr. Foerster is going to be joining our team," stated MTI General Manager, Ahmed El Gharib.
"At MTI, we are always looking for ways to improve our customer service and strengthen our bonds with our clients; with Gerald working with us, we know we are going to be able to meet those goals easier."
Foerster was also excited about the deal, noting his respect for MTI.

Before signing with MTI, Foerster worked as After-Sales Manager for The National Trading Company in Yemen, one of the most reputable and diversified trading companies in the Republic of Yemen.
He was responsible for the servicing of Porsche, Hyundai and Ford.
His duties included the management of the entire after-sales network, overseeing 180 staff members and the average daily throughput of 80 cars daily.
During his tenure, he increased service turnover in excess of 412%.
Foerster also has first hand experience with Land Rover, as he worked as the Service Manager for Ali Alghanim and Sons Automotive Co. in Kuwait, under their Land Rover Division.
"Gerald's extensive experience in this field makes him the perfect candidate for this position," added El Gharib. "Not only does he understand this industry, but he knows the region and its demands. With him on board, we are going to have a greater capability to serve our clients and cement our already solid reputation in customer relations."
