Sorouh appoints Rajeev Lee as Director of Retail

Sorouh Real Estate PJSC, one of the leading Abu Dhabi-based real estate developers, announced the appointment of a new head of its retail division, as the company continues with the expansion of its senior management team.

Rajeev Lee joins Sorouh as its new Director of Retail, at a time when the company is heavily focused on developing its retail division.

His role will see him spearhead the strategic growth of all Sorouh's retail projects, both locally and overseas.

Gurjit Singh, Chief Property Development Officer of Sorouh, said:

Lee brings more than 17 years of retail experience, gained from roles spanning four continents. Prior to joining Sorouh, Rajeev was with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Est. - Aswaaq, as Director of Retail, where he was jointly responsible for the development of the first 40 Aswaaq town centres and shopping malls.

In addition, he was responsible for the creation and management of its own supermarket chain which subsequently became a key anchor for its 40 retail locations.
