Mobily launches investor relations site

"We put a premium on serving every investor, with regular, consistent and clear communications," said Khalid Al Kaf, Mobily's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

"We want to raise awareness of Mobily's financial performance and prospects through openness and adequate information," he added.

The new Investor Relations tool, features immediate access to Mobily's latest financial information and updates, including but not limited to the company's annual report, stock information and an investor calendar.

Furthermore, the Investor Relations section has an interactive feature, whereby requests for information can be directed from the site to concerned parties inside the company.

Mobily's Investor Relations team reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

"We want to be perceived as a visible, accessible and credible company by dealing with everyone in a transparent manner, and providing a consistent flow of financial and other information to a wide ranging audience of market participants,"

said Thamer Alhosani, Mobily's Chief Financial Officer.

Applying effective use of all communication channels, including the website to promote understanding of the company's activities, comes as an answer to the investment community's growing interest in Mobily - interest that spiked after the formation of the Investor Relations function.
