Xpert Learning analyses a research report on e-learning and how it relates to the Middle East Market.

"No one questions whether e-learning is a good idea any more...". It is widely regarded as a great tool for teaching and communication. This report is based on fast growing interest and rapid benefits of e-learning for large national or global companies with increasing annual revenue growth.

The report outlines some of the reasons why e Learning is beneficial "as a strategic tool to help their organizations grow, beat the competition, and maintain their competitive edge in the marketplace".

The report looks at learning strategies which are coupled with E technologies that are being used by companies to address their day to day business solutions, long term revenue growth and employee development concerns.

It's an excellent research report and recommended by Paul Michael Gledhill, Director and Co Founder of Xpert Learning, for all those professionals, Corporate Heads and Business owners who are keen on surviving in a competitive, technology and revenue driven market.

Paul also states:

"What happens in the world business market holds true for the local market as well, especially considering that the Middle East is a vey diverse and a prosperous business region."

He also added that, however, the region, lacks in technology enabled learning practices and research.

The research outlines that "... performance consulting is also a method for effectively aligning training programs and practices with business goals" indicating how a consultant helps and benefits organizations:

• Needs analysis and solution prescription;
• Working with instructional designers and / or vendors to design a solution;
• Being a business unit liaison (and understanding the unit's business issues);
• Managing the measurement process for solutions (both with lines of business and within the learning organization); and,
• Program management.

Paul concluded his analysis on the report that:
"These are some of the infrastructural services the Middle Eastern companies are currently seeking more and more of. There is great future for learning and we need to be clear on our understanding of how technology enabled learning can benefit organizations in the GCC. Xpert Learning plans to conduct similar research exclusively based on e-learning in our local region."
