Cedar Consulting had assisted the bank in effectively program managing this initiative along with DIB's Project Management Operations office, by leveraging its experience and proven implementation methodology to ensure that the implementation is strategically aligned to DIB's business framework and growth plans.
Cedar's contribution to the initiative was recognised by the bank.
A trophy for excellent program management support was awarded to Cedar as a token of appreciation by Khaled Al Kamda, Group Managing Director and CEO of DIB; and Abdulla Hamli, Chief of Operations and IT at DIB.
