Dubai Outlet Mall, as a successful representative of the private sector, is contributing to the education of a group of students and trainees, from the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, who will become the future Executives of the UAE.

Mr. Salem Khammas, Executive Director of Al Ahli Holding Group, the owner of Dubai Outlet Mall, has highlighted the importance of this event by stating:
"The objectives of participating in this program are to train the participants how to use their skills in the workforce and to educate the younger generation and students about the new ideas and concepts in the market to help them pursue their goals in professional life."

"Dubai Outlet Mall is honoured to have been chosen, as a successful private company in Dubai, to participate in DCCI's program to train national students and to help improve the Emiratisation process," he added.

The program targets around 30 college and high school students. They will be briefed on how to manage a private successful company and how to achieve objectives and goals. The Mall Management team will give a presentation on the most important aspects of running a big shopping mall and will conduct a tour of the mall to give the students an insight into operational aspects.

Azzah Al Sharhan, Executive Director of the Human Resources Department, said:
"Dubai Chamber has prepared a programme of internal visits for the summer training students to various vital establishments of different sectors such as tourism and trade to introduce them to the real atmosphere of work and help them choose the type of jobs they plan to get in the future."

Al Sharhan added, "Our aim is to educate the students about the various opportunities available to them in the private sector. We would like to thank Al Ahli Holding Group for supporting this visit."

Dubai Outlet Mall is keen on continuing its role in supporting Government authorities and the community with various initiatives.

Developed by Al Ahli Holding Group, Dubai Outlet Mall is the only 'outlet' concept mall in the Middle East and home to over 800 of the world's premium and top fashion brands.
