Azizi Investments launches second phase offering at Al Furjan with Almasa One

Azizi Investments will this week launch Almasa One, the second phase of its commercial offering at Nakheel's community development - Al Furjan.

A sales event will be hosted in the ballroom at The Monarch Hotel on Thursday 7 August.

Almasa One is part of Azizi's commercial offering in Al Furjan that is right in the heart of the "new" Dubai.

Almasa One will appeal to a range of businesses including those run by female entrepreneurs and service-based businesses whose employees will enjoy and respect the family-style feel and facilities of this new community.

Almasa One will be delivered in the form of a gleaming G+7 - an apt interpretation as Almasa, which in Arabic means 'Diamond".

It complements a second G+7 commercial building, Almasa Two that launched on 25 June 2008 and sold out in one day.

There will be substantial car parking along with retail and restaurant facilities to cater for the Almasa workforce.

The building will have a 2,500 square feet conference hall along with large landscaped areas.

It is perfectly located in Jebel Ali Free Hold Area with access to Dubai's main roads, new Metro system, Dubai's new international airport and other business districts.
