Dubai Maritime City which is located between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks; is anticipated to be a new central business district and international hub for maritime business - the first ever purpose built maritime cluster and the largest of its kind in the world.
As for our project in Shams Abu Dhabi Mayadeen has recently appointed the contractors to start work on their Aurora and Dari projects in Al Reem Island and the four tower project is expected to be completed by march 2011.
Mayadeen CEO Naser Al-Attar said:
"Mayadeen was excited to purchase land and be part of this project due to Dubai Maritime City's excellent location and the fabulous layout that provides a well spread landscape with great sea views that every building has access to."
"This is a one-of-a-kind development that will serve one of the main industries in Dubai. The Maritime industry is growing rapidly just like most other industries in the city and of course real estate development will always be part of any growing industry, especially commercial real estate which is very highly demanded."
Recently Arabian Business named Mayadeen as one of the Top Market Movers for its first quarter, profit jump of almost 400 percent to $19.1m.
