According to the property's officials, the delegates were very eager to see what Al Bustan Centre and Residence has to offer.
The property has recently undergone refurbishment and introduced a new lobby making the stay of the whole family as comfortable as possible.
Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer of the property, said:
'Nearly 39% of our total business turnover comes from overseas clients. Thus it is very important for our partners to know all about our new facilities in particular and Dubai in general. We have a long association with tour operators and travel agents in the CIS states who recognise the value of our business and have shown desire to win greater market share. And now with enhanced amenities and services, we hope to get more traffic from those states. As our clients are always looking for something new, Al Bustan Centre & Residence will be a natural choice.'
To date, the property has organised 20 familiarisation trips for tour operators and travel agents in the CIS states who brought many potential clients to the property and attracted tourists to Dubai.
Through this regular activity, the property has reaped the benefit of sustained business growth and promoted Dubai as a major holiday destination.
