PCI, which has about 40 employees, is based in Las Vegas and has additional offices in Phoenix, Sacramento, Seattle and Dallas.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
In 2007, PCI's unaudited financial results included total revenues of $7.5m and net earnings of $1.0m.
The company's total backlog at closing was approximately $3.0m.
