Dubai Chamber introduces delegate from Islamic Affairs Department

Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry recently received a delegate from the Islamic Affairs Department and introduced them to its accredited suggestion system and its related performance indicators.

The system is one of the most important initiatives adopted by Dubai Chamber in line with its continuous process towards excellence and corporate performance improvement.

The meeting was attended by Maryam Al Serkal, Director of Excellence Department at Dubai Chamber, and Asma Al Mutaw'aa, head of Performance Section at the Islamic Affairs Department.

Al Serkal briefed the delegate about the mission handled by the excellence department at Dubai Chamber.

She talked about the suggestion system applied at Dubai Chamber, its definition, objectives, process, incentives, complaints and future upgrading plans.

Al Serkal also explained something about the performance indicators of the system.

The meeting concluded with highly recommending the supply of Dubai Chamber with a database or statistical report on suggestions and its related model and reward system.

The meeting also recommended the importance of enhancing the process of suggestion system at the Islamic Affairs Department.
