The joint strategic alliance, established under Dubai's Real Estate Agency Agreement, focuses on real estate verticals such as sales, property management, leasing, and the joint advertising of key properties. The deal mandates Salwan to sell and manage the master developer's exhaustive portfolio of properties, while retrieving, reviewing, and accepting bookings from purchasers of units.
