A new third party logistics (3PL) company is to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2008, providing a natural extension of the services offered by its well-known parent company, Gulftainer Company Ltd - an international port management company with transport and logistics expertise.
The range of top-quality services that Momentum will offer has been specifically designed to cater for clients seeking to outsource their logistics requirements.
Matthew Derrick, General Manager for Momentum, said, "We believe that it is now time to take service levels within the industry to the next level. Our understanding of the industry coupled with our understanding of international service standards and expectations will ensure Momentum's clients receive real value for money."
And the company has no plans to stop at the UAE. Once it has become fully-established in the Gulf region, which the company officials predict will not take long, Momentum plans to continue its expansion and become a global provider of choice for 3PL and supply chain management services.
