Talent mix is the most critical component for a small branding agency, even more so when they are aiming for the top, Brash.

Denise Parkinson joins Brash in Dubai as General Manager. Denise has held senior client services roles at both Wolff Olins and Landor, where she led projects for Land Rover, BP and Macmillan Cancer Support, an award winning GBP200m UK charity.

She also developed the bmi brand from the client's side, where she enjoyed an intense working relationship with John Brash, Founder and CEO of Brash, who was then the lead creative on bmi at Landor London. Denise will be spearheading the company's growth, supporting John in driving the brand forward and consolidating the client services team at Brash.

'I am delighted to be joining John and the team in Dubai with the region's fast-growing reputation for thinking big and demanding compelling creative ideas and design. Brash is able to create the most inspiring brand concepts and I believe the opportunity is for us to partner with our clients and do the best work of our lives together.'

Ralf Korbmacher also joins Brash in Dubai as Chief Brand Architect. Ralf has worked for Y&R and Landor, developing channel-agnostic brand ideas in several markets across Europe and the Americas. Ralf's consulting experience includes brands as diverse as oil (Repsol and Chevron), financial services (Barclays, Santander, ING and Bradesco), retail (Carrefour), F&B (Diageo, KJS and Gallina Blanca), telecoms (Telefonica Worldwide) and football (both Real Madrid and Atletico de Madrid).

Ralf will lead brand ideation and further develop Brash's capabilities in brand thinking. 'It's a real privilege to work in an office where so many of the great people you have met along your career have chosen to come together again. After 20 years in the business, that?s the best way to keep driving ideas out of the box.'
