du opens outlet at Al Ain Municipality customer care centre

True to its promise of increasing convenience and accessibility of services for its customers, du, the new integrated telecom operator in the UAE has inaugurated a new customer care outlet in Al Ain in association with the Department of Municipal Affairs- Al Ain Municipality.

This comes as part of du strategy in expanding its distribution network to reach customers wherever they are and support Al Ain Municipality's vision of offering all important services at one place to its customers and save their time and effort.

The outlet is located at the Al Ain Municipality customer care centre.

It will be open between 8 am and 3 pm, 5 days a week except Fridays and Saturdays.

The outlet is geared towards offering a range of du services which du shops offer including mobile bill payments, sale of recharge cards and subscribing to mobile services, both under monthly and 'Pay as you Go' plans.

Farid Faraidooni, EVP-Commercial Division, du, said:

"The new du outlet in Al Ain will prove to be a boon for du customers and those who wish to purchase du services. We are proud of our partnership with a local establishment such as Al Ain Municipality and would like to express our gratitude to them for giving us the opportunity to open an outlet at their customer care centre."


He added, "We are continuously working on expanding our distribution network to reach customers wherever they are and facilitating their convenience. We will continue to open more such outlets in the UAE in the near future."

Al Ain Municipality spokesperson Nasser Al Harmoudi, Manager of Municipality offices, said: "We are pleased that du has opened an outlet at the Municipality customer care centre. We wish them success in serving their customers better. The outlet will offer Al Ain residents and visitors to the Municipality customer care centre easier access to products and services from du."
